Condominium Management Provider Licence

Under legislation, any business (corporation, partnership, sole proprietor, association or other organization or entity) that provides condominium management services to condominium corporations is required to hold a Condominium Management Provider Licence.

Holders of a Condominium Management Provider Licence:

  • Must designate a principal condominium manager that holds a General Licence or Transitional General Licence
  • Must provide proof of Errors and Omissions and Fidelity insurance
